Senior Landscape Architect
Belt Collins is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Hong Kong office. The Senior Landscape Architect is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Managing Director and supporting over 100 employees. You can join our team if you possess:

• Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or other related discipline with a minimum 10 years' experience, preferably in the architecture or landscape architecture industry;
• Excellent hand graphics, strong design and effective communication skills are essential;
• International conceptual design experience in large scale residential, mixed use development, urban design, hotel and resort design is a plus;
• Experience in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage;
• Good work ethic, are responsible and self-motivated;
• Willingness to travel;
• Applicants with less experience who can demonstrate exceptional design skill and potential will also be considered.

Project Manager (Hong Kong Office)
Belt Collins is looking for a Project Manager to join our Hong Kong office. Project Managers are key leaders of our creative department, actively involved in diverse local and international projects. You can join our team if you possess the following:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or equivalent discipline with a minimum 10 years' relevant experience;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in preparing sketches, perspective, details and design development packages would be at advantage;
• Excellent in written English;
• Excellent Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage;
• Experience in the landscape architecture industry would be an advantage;
• Willingness to travel.

In addition, the position entails responsibility for design presentation, project management, design coordination, client management, program monitoring and site supervision; and supervising the preparation of specifications, tendering documentation, landscape construction drawings and/or plans for submission to clients, government agencies, and/or for tender to contractors.
