Central Oahu Sustainable Communities Plan

Oahu MapPurpose:  The City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting develops long range plans for Oahu's eight planning areas, under the overall guidance of the Oahu General Plan. The long range plan for Central Oahu, the Central Oahu Sustainable Communities Plan (CO SCP) was adopted by the City Council in late 2002. It is now time to review the plan to identify whether changes are needed to the plan and determine how implementation of the plan vision and policies might be improved.
