Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Managing Director / Project Director / Senior Landscape Architect.
  • Provide guidance and assistance on site planning, project management, project presentation, landscape design, and graphic presentations.
  • Supervise the preparation of specifications and tendering documentation.
  • Monitor quality control for design, graphics, production and project management.
  • Supervise the preparation of landscape construction drawings and / or plans for submission to clients, government agencies, and / or for Tender to contractors.
  • Attend client or project meetings and to coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors where possible (depends on project sensitivity).
  • Review and update the progress of the projects in accordance with projects requirements.
  • Establish and monitor project schedules.
  • Assist Project Director to complete project reports / backlog analysis, production.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and periodical staff meeting.
  • Assist accounting department with billings and collections and problem projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans in compliance with the Company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
  • Any other duties as assigned by Managing Director / Project Directors/Senior Landscape Architect.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or equivalent discipline with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience preferably in landscape architecture industry;
  • Excellent design flair with ability to communicate design by sketches;
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Experience in preparing sketches, perspective, details and design development packages would be at advantage;
  • Excellent in written and spoken Mandarin and English;
  • Willing to travel.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
