Bill brings over 24 years of landscape architecture and planning experience to Belt Collins. He is a Registered Landscape Architect in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Wyoming and a LEED Accredited Professional. His expertise spans small to large projects and ranges from urban design, parks to master planned developments with responsibilities including project management, concept design through contract documents, value engineering and construction observation on a wide range of project types and scales. He has exceptional capabilities in managing both public and private sector projects while bringing a unique, creative and practical perspective to projects. Given his experience working for several years for a large Western states regional landscape/site construction company where he was responsible for business development, bid document review, bid preparation, cost estimating, budgeting and subcontractor bidding; Bill also brings extensive experience with design implementation and construction management.
