Steve has twenty-eight (28) years of progressive engineering experience in water resource and civil engineering for federal, state and local governments and private sector clients. Areas of expertise include storm drainage analysis & system design, floodplain modeling & flood control system design, stream & river maintenance & restoration, site development engineering, water distribution & transmission facilities, sanitary sewer collection systems, irrigation canals & associated facilities, in-stream water quality, erosion & sediment control, grading, roadway and parking lot design.
