Steve has twenty-eight (28) years of progressive engineering experience in water resource and civil engineering for federal, state and local governments and private sector clients. Areas of expertise include storm drainage analysis & system design, floodplain modeling & flood control system design, stream & river maintenance & restoration, site development engineering, water distribution & transmission facilities, sanitary sewer collection systems, irrigation canals & associated facilities, in-stream water quality, erosion & sediment control, grading, roadway and parking lot design. Steve is experienced in all phases of a project including proposal writing, project management, investigations and alternate analysis, report and master plan preparation, preliminary and final design, coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies, construction drawings and specifications, quantity and costs estimates, public process, permitting, bidding services, and construction observation and management.
