Mr. Ching graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies) with First Class Honors in 1976 and a Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction in 1978. Through more than 30 years of practice in Hong Kong, Vancouver and China, Mr. Ching has accumulated vast experience in a wide variety of projects, including large-scale residential developments, offices, hotels, shopping centers, mixed-use developments and shipping terminals. Mr. Ching is a seasoned Authorized Person (Architect), Registered Architect and senior member of professional institutes like H.K.I.A. Being a Alumni Gold medalist at University, he was further awarded design awards in Asia (Interior design) 1988 and China (Top Ten Beijing Design Award 1996, Architecture). In recent years, Mr. Ching has involved more on international charitable organizations, university's committee, owner's committees and Alma-mata redevelopment committee. He is a staunch supporter of "Green" concepts and will apply to any form of design projects.
