Ms. Matsumoto is responsible for staff and projects within the Environmental Consulting Department. Her project responsibilities include managing federal and state environmental processes and documents that require coordination among agencies and experts in various disciplines of study. Ms. Matsumoto's project management roles for EISs have included base closure and realignment actions in Hawaii and Guam, the proposed development of Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and the formerly proposed Statewide Large-Capacity Interisland Ferry. Along with her Hawaii and Guam experience, Ms. Matsumoto managed an air quality group that provided air quality and health risk assessment services in Los Angeles, California, for Fortune 500 companies and government.
