The Philippines Representative Office of Belt Collins was started in 1997 and is used to help promote and coordinate the firm's marketing functions in the Philippines.  Yvonne (Bong) Fernandez serves as our administrative coordinator and is responsible for providing marketing support, including liasing with clients and serving as a local marketing contact for the firm's business development efforts in the Philippines.
