The Singapore office of Belt Collins, with a total professional staff of over 70, was established in 1983.  Over the last 28 years, the office has provided landscape architecture, master planning and urban design services for many of the world’s premier hotel, resort, residential, commercial, recreational and infrastructure developments, in a diverse range of geographic locations and environments. Whether designing an integrated resort in Thailand or a small boutique hotel in Indonesia, a large residential community in China or restoring an historic hotel in Singapore or Cambodia, the office's talented and multi-award-winning team of design professionals ensure,  through bold conceptual design and careful attention to detail, that work is at all times innovative and unique, while at the same time being culturally sensitive and environmentally sustainable.

The Belt Collins Singapore, Bangkok and Bali offices operate as a single, fully integrated design group, totaling over 100 professionally qualified staff. JW Marriott Maldives

Songsaa Private Island, Koh Bong & Koh Ouen, Cambodia 

This environmentally sensitive resort, located on two adjacent islands within Koh Rong Archipelago, will feature 25 rainforest, beach and over-water private villas. Currently under construction, the resort is scheduled to open in late 2011.

JW Marriott Maldives

SamaVana Villas, Kasauli, India

Currently under construction. SamaVana will be a luxury residential villas resort, situated at a height of 5,000 feet, on a 58 acre site in the hill station of Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.

Yen So Park, Hanoi, Vietnam

Scheduled for phased completion, commencing 2011, the 312 hectare Yen So Park, located south of Hanoi, is Asia's largest urban park development.

JW Marriott Maldives

JW Marriott Gaakoshibee Resort & Spa, Maldives

Located in the Shaviyani Atoll, the 100 villa resort will have an ecologically sensitive landscape that respects Gaakoshibee Islands existing dense foliage, pristine beach and surrounding vast lagoon.

Pulau Gaya Resort

Pulau Gaya Resort, Sabah, East Malaysia
