Peter Chen is responsible for business development, project management and design/construction co-ordination for a diverse range of Belt Collins' hotel, resort, residential, commercial, recreation and infrastructure projects throughout China and South-East Asia. Peter has been involved in projects from initial site visits and throughout the design process, right up to successful implementation on site.
