Collins' civil engineering department provides a full range of services for both public and private clients, including
subdivisions, roadways, drainage, water and wastewater systems, and solid waste management. Our engineering staff has
extensive experience in completing studies, master plans, and design for land development. We have completed
infrastructure master plans and design for large destination resorts throughout the Pacific. Other land development
projects have included residential subdivisions, high-rise buildings, commercial and industrial developments, golf
courses, athletic facilities, and parks.
